frightful for a Mardi Gras-themed dinner party! I was a fanatic of the Barksdale AFB Officers Wives gourmet club. This cake was made for one of our luncheons. Guaranteed Cajun!

The ingredient of Pecan Cajun Cake

  1. 2 cups all-purpose flour
  2. 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  3. 1u2009u00bd cups white sugar
  4. 2 eggs, beaten
  5. 1u2009u00bd teaspoons baking soda
  6. 1 pinch salt
  7. 1 cup white sugar
  8. u00be cup evaporated milk
  9. u00bd cup margarine
  10. 1 cup chopped pecans
  11. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

The instruction how to make Pecan Cajun Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease an 11x14-inch baking dish.
